ORG has two partners, Martin Caestecker and Jeffrey Weeks, who bring over 30 years of combined railroad operations and management experience to the company. Overland Rail Group was born from a shared ambition: to raise the standards of safety, efficiency, and service in rail operations while revitalizing underutilized infrastructure. Both founders are committed not only to building a successful company but also to creating a positive impact on the communities and industries that depend on reliable freight service.
Martin Caestecker has an extensive background in railroad operations management, safety protocol enforcement, process automation, systems integration, and customer service. Jeffrey Weeks brings complementary strengths in railroad compliance oversight, logistics strategy, infrastructure development, and network management. This combination of hands-on operational skill and strategic leadership positions Overland Rail Group to deliver innovative solutions that address today’s freight transportation challenges.
